Luke joined Dynamic in January 2019 as a Co-op Credit Analyst through Mount Royal University. He rapidly progressed within the company, being retained for employment upon graduation and earning four promotions in the span of three-years, the most recent of which was being promoted to an Account Manager. Prior being an Account Manager, as a Credit Analyst he underwrote in excess of $100MM in deals over 400 transactions. These deals were for businesses located throughout Canada, across numerous industries and types of equipment, and included comprehensive underwriting involving standard equipment purchases, debt restructuring, working capital injections, shareholder buyouts and acquisitions. With this background, Luke knows what it takes to complete a deal from inception to funding which allows him to set accurate and honest client expectations. He believes in fostering long-term relationships with his clients, rather than focusing on a single transaction. Luke holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Major in Financial Analysis; notably, this gives him the backbone to translate complex financial scenarios into solutions for his customers.
