Marketing Coordinator

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Management

  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Marketing Consultant to create a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and foster community engagement.
  • Analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Manage select staff(s) social accounts.

Brand Recognition

  • Collaborate with the sales and SLT to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all email communications.
  • With the support of Sales Leadership and SLT, develop and implement brand-building initiatives to enhance market visibility.
  • Work closely with design teams to create marketing items that align with brand guidelines.
  • Design, develop, and distribute internal/external communication materials for sales staff (pamphlets, brochures, one-pagers, promotional items, advertisements, etc.).
  • Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including creating email templates, managing subscriber lists, and analyzing campaign performance.

Market Research

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients to gather testimonials and success stories, creating a systematic process for collecting, curating, and leveraging client testimonials across various marketing channels.
  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) for various marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute to the preparation of regular reports on marketing activities and campaign effectiveness.

Client Engagement

  • Develop and implement client engagement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Director of Operations and Sales Team to address client concerns and improve the overall client experience.
  • Implement personalized communication strategies to nurture ongoing client relationships.
  • Provide support in organizing and coordinating events, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads and assist in preparing promotional materials for events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Previous experience in social media management, branding, or client relations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Photoshop, Indesign or Canva experience.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
