About the Role

As a Client Services Representative, you’ll play a critical role in our daily operations, working closely with the Director of Operations, our Customer Service Team, and various internal departments to support clients across Canada. We’re looking for a detail-driven, client-focused professional who takes pride in delivering next-level service.

Client Support & Relationship Management

• Respond to client inquiries by phone and email with professionalism, urgency, and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Build trust and deliver consistent, high-quality service that strengthens client relationships.
• Coordinate payout requests, ensuring all details are accurate and communicated clearly.

Contract & Document Administration

• Pull amortization schedules and request balance confirmations with precision and timeliness.
• Prepare Power of Attorney (POA) documents and process contract amendments based on client needs.
• Draft and finalize end-of-contract documents such as bills of sale, discharges, and letters of release—whether in-house or through brokered deals.
• Work closely with the Documentation Team to support larger deal closings, including but not limited to title evidence, waivers, insurance, collateral entries and appraisal reviews.

Insurance & Compliance Coordination

• Review insurance documents from clients and brokers to confirm contract compliance.
• Flag discrepancies, ensure timely communication with stakeholders, and input accurate data into the system.
• Manage external insurance remittances with accuracy and attention to deadlines.

What You Bring to the Table

• Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred, but not required with relevant experience).
• Experience in customer service, financial services, or leasing is a strong asset.
• Detail-oriented with a strong grasp of financial documents and client interaction.
• Strong multitasker, able to juggle multiple priorities without sacrificing quality.
• Tech-savvy with MS Office; experience with financial systems is a bonus.
