September 15 | Stock, Soup and Biscuits Day Small businesses of all typesIn this class we will work together to make both chicken and vegetable stock, talk through beef stock, and the difference between a raw and roasted stock. We will learn a basic vegetable soup technique, recipes for soups that freeze well, and make a variety of seasonal soups to enjoy with fresh biscuits. Although we will only make 5 7 soups, the recipe pack is loaded with soups to enjoy throughout the seasons! What to expect: A meal that we will work
