The significance of the Chrysanthemum derives back to the 8th century when the Japanese emperor adopted the flower as his official seal. Since this time the Japanese celebrate the flower in annual festival of happiness. These cuff links honour this symbolism. The cuff links white enamel coating was chosen to ensure the cuffs suitability as work wear or the
