Perfect for warming tortillas, making quesadillas, and general cooking that requires a large flay cooking surface. The bottom is pressed and hammer formed form 1 8" carbon steel, and is available with either one or two hand forged handles. It is pre seasoned and ready to go to work. With proper care and maintenance,
