Holden Manz Proprietors Red Blend 2017 Japanese like banana candiesDESCRIPTION Made from a 50 50 blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah sourced from selected vineyard blocks on the Holden Manz estate in Franschhoek, where the 2017 vintage delivered small, concentrated berries due to drought conditions and a warm, dry August leading to early budbreak. Long, cool nights and mild summer days contributed to exceptional ripeness and tannin development. Grapes were hand picked and sorted, with Syrah harvested on 27 March
