The 2019 Bolgheri Bianco Nova is beautifully bright and precise. This wine shows pretty aromatic intensity with tropical tones, citrus and passion fruit. Those aromas lift from the glass with energy and zest. The mouthfeel is slender and compact, but you get a nice kick of acidity on the close, more than enough for some deep fried shrimp and calamari.
