Stephanie got her start in the equipment finance industry as a co-op student working alongside several of the Dynamic Capital partners at a large equipment finance company. She joined Dynamic in 2013, shortly after graduating with Honors from Thompson Rivers University. She holds a BBA with a major in Finance and double minor in Accounting and Economics. Stephanie has held various roles over the years with Dynamic within the Operations division with responsibilities including customer service, documentation, closing, audit, complex credit underwriting, adjudication, software development, and other special projects. In her current role as Credit Risk Manager, she is one of the primary adjudicators of new deals for the Dynamic portfolio and is the direct manager of the Credit Team who are responsible for underwriting all deals coming in from Dynamic’s direct and indirect originators.
