Ryan stumbled into the equipment finance industry unknowingly as a co-op student through Thompson Rivers University in 2012, from then on he knew that was the industry he wanted to have a career in. He re-joined the same large equipment finance company after graduating in 2014, then eventually joining the Dynamic Capital team in February 2016. Ryan has over 10 years of experience in the equipment finance industry, underwriting simple capex profiles all the way to complex acquisitions/deal structures. His current role focuses on the management of the credit team, coaching, mentoring, and providing guidance to all members of the team. Ryan’s other role is to be a member of the in-house adjudication team alongside the CRO and other Credit Officers, reviewing direct and indirect submissions.
