OPPORTUNITY – ASSOCIATE ACCOUNT MANAGER

Dynamic Capital is looking for a driven, people-focused professional to join our team as an Associate Account Manager (AAM). This isn’t a “sit at your desk and wait for something to happen” kind of role. It’s for someone who wants to be in the mix, building relationships from day one and laying the groundwork for a high-earning sales career.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You’ll learn every part of the deal cycle alongside some of the best in the equipment finance business. You’ll graduate from this role with the client relationships, industry knowledge, and deal-making skills to step into an Account Manager position, where your earning potential grows with every relationship you build and every deal you close.

This is a launchpad. Where it takes you is up to you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Partner with Account Managers to build and submit credit applications for financing transactions
  • Analyze financial statements and credit history to support deal underwriting
  • Research and evaluate assets and work programs/projects across industries like Construction, Forestry, Mining, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing and more
  • Partner with Account Managers to attend meetings and witness building relationships with clients in person.
  • Attend industry events to learn how we participate in the communities within territories.
  • Communicate directly with clients to gather documentation and move deals forward through the life cycle of a transaction
  • Make sales and marketing calls to help grow the company’s book of business
